Geoffrey was born and raised in the city of Winnipeg, Canada. He loved the summers, hated the cold winters which brought him south to Chicago, where he trained in metals at the Lill Street Gallery. Next came Philadelphia which taught Geoffrey about life but not much about metals.

Geoffrey calls Northern California home now after graduating with a BFA in Product Design from Parsons in NYC.  His latest project combines his skills working with metals, particularly silver, and leather. The resulting collection of handmade belts is exquisite. 

Geoffrey’s pieces are hand-made using sterling silver or 18KT gold in various finishes, and leather hides carefully chosen for their unique grade. He has used the reverse hide in most of the new collection, as he finds there to be a surprising elegance in the endless combinations of textured leather with polished or unpolished metal.
